Time-resolved study of multiferroic domain inversion in CuO
The growing demand of fast memory devices with high storage capability renders multiferroic materials to promising candidates for applications. In order to understand the physics that drives the switching process, we propose to study the relaxation times of CuO as a function of temperature and electric field amplitude.
