Title

Bending of the vortex lattice in beta-Bi2Pd

Abstract

A recent STM study of the vortices in Bi2Pd (Phys Rev B 96, 184502 (2017)), found evidence that the vortices bent to be perpendicular to the sample surface, independent of the orientation of the applied field. This is unusual, and has not previously been observed in other superconductors. We wish to investigate this further usingthe bulk probe of SANS.
